This song talks about a girl who loves her boyfriend. He hurts her, but she still wants to be with him. She feels that if he goes away she will be upset and she wouldn't be able to begin a new way because she would be heart-broken. The girl is afraid of being alone. She is confused about her life because she doesn’t find any reason to move on without him. She doesn’t want to forget the past because through thick and thin her only goal is to get back with her true love. She doesn’t want to hear his harsh words because it makes her crazy. She has a crush on him and she doesn’t want to break up with her boy. His words always hurt her because he is the only person who can make her sad. She begs him not to hurt her anymore.
In the first verse, the singer begs the man not to dump her because she still loves him and if he does, she would be upset.
In the third verse, the singer says that she doesn’t feel well when she sees him going away and she asks him not to leave her alone because she is afraid and something’s telling her that if he isn’t with her, nothing will be alright. She cries out that she’s feeling they are growing apart. He is screwing her reasons up.
In the fourth verse, the girl begs him again not to dump her because she still loves him and if he does, she would be upset.
In the next one, the singer loses her dignity but she’s trying to be strong and move on.

The singer is sad because her lover says it´s over and he is walking away. She doesn`t want to hear that, because it hurts so much, she wants him to stay with her. She´s afraid of loneliess and`thinks she will go mad and hear voices...
 He is her reason to live, so she thinks she will be buried, murdered if he goes away. 

 She goes after him but he doesn´t look back-
There are words, things she wishes to take back,  but she can´t.
She doesn´t want him to leave her but he is already leaving.
She keeps asking him not to lay her down, not to sacrifice her, not to kill her.....
It´s a very sad song because it says he is leaving in spite of everything she does to try to keep him, and she knows she is going to feel down, down....under under.....
