BUYING IN SUPERMARKETS

Nowadays there are a lot of supermarkets in cities. Now there are more supermarkets than little shops and which has some advantages and some disadvantages.

On the one hand it is easy to buy in supermarkets and there are a lot of different kinds of food. For this reason, you can find everything you want. And also prices are more economic than in little shops because you can find own labes. Furthemore, you can go by car because supermarkets always have a car park.

On the other hand, it is slow to buy in supermarkets because they are huge and sometimes there are too many people. An other disatvantage is that sutomers can't get individual attention because supermarkets are very large. Moreover, going to supermarkets is very tiring besides the temperature changes when you go to buy fish or other fresh food.

In my opinion, supermarkets are necessary nowadays but we shouldn't forget little shops because it is not always better to buy in supermarkets. Little shops have a lot of advantages because food normally are more healthy and you can found products faster.

SHOPPING IN SUPERMARKETS

Nowadays, people don't have much money to spend on treats or useless products as the country's got a big crisis and lots of people don't have a job. However, this has been very positive for big supermarkets or department stores, due to the fact that they've got competitive prices, which are very attractive.

On the one hand, supermarkets have got lower prices, and people go there so as not to spend loads of money buying food. Moreover, you've got more privacy because the staff don't know who you are and they can't tell your family if you buy alcohol or condoms, and you can find all sort of things there.

On the other hand, this kind of shops are not near the city centre, so people have to go there by car (as they can't go by bus because they'll have to carry at least four or five bags), and they spend the money they save buying there on petrol, which is very expensive. Furthermore, the products people get may not be fresh, or can be past the sell-by-date.

In conclusion, it's positive to buy at supermarkets because you can save money, buy you can find better quality products in corner shops, which are nearer than the others.

BUYING IN BIG SUPERMARKETS

When you have to buy some things you usually go to a big supermarket, but are they actually better than small shops? The number of supermarkets is increasing, let's see their advantages and disadvantages.

First of all, it is more comfortable to go to a big supermarket because you can find anything you want there, they have a huge variety of products. Another advantage is that the prices are usually very cheap, and you can find lots of offers as well. And finally, you can buy anything you want because no one who works there knows you.

On the other hand, you can't find fresh products because big supermarkets have everything packed. For example, fresh fruits and vegetables aren't as good as in small shops. Furthermore, the quality of their products is not the best. Lastly, in big supermarkets you don't have personal attention because you don't know the people who work there.

To sum up, from my point of view big supermarkets have more advantages than disadvantages. I think they are better, and you can find one anywhere.
Nowadays, after "the boom" of big supermarkets instead of corner shops, there are a lot of points of view about advantages and disadvantages of shopping in this kind of shops.

On the one hand, supermarkets offer a wide variety of products. First of all, you can look for sophisticated food depending on your needs or wishes. Secondly because of the variety, you can buy whatever you want in one supermarket or another. What's more, there are lower prices and sales as well. Sometimes if you're a bit stressed, the staff may advise you about the best products.

On the other hand, something that doesn't happen in corner shops, is that the products in a supermarket may be past the sell-by date or not fresh. You can't come later to pay if you have run out of money at that moment. The main counterargument is that if you need something faster, you must move, may be kilometres, and you waste more time.

In conclusion, supermarkets are useful if you are looking for lower prices, sales, variety or whatever, because they offer us lots of products, but sometimes you can't do she shopping quietly, so you become angry, but people are be able to find whatever they want easily.

Shopping in big supermarkets

Nowadays there are more and more big supermarkets and the number of people shopping on there is increasing. Is it good?

In our days people are always in a hurry and they need an easy way to shop. This is the main reason for the increase of shopping in big supermarkets. What's more, in there the food or other products are cheaper than in other little shops. People think that there you can find whatever you want and you don't have to look for different small shops.

On the other hand, big supermarkets are replacing the little shops where you used to buy and the people who worked there have lost their job. In other words it increases the number of unemployed people. What's more, the items of big supermarkets are unnatural products, which can be unhealthy. Most of them can make you ill.

In my opinion, people should be more precautious with their food and they should be more healthy. In addition I think that people can buy in big supermarkets if they don't forget the little shops and they continue buying healthy items. We have to live with less stress.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF SHOPPING IN A BIG SUPERMARKET

Shopping in big supermarkets instead of buying in small town shops is a topic which has caused a great debate. Shopping in big supermarkets has advantages and disadvantages.

To begin with, some people think that shopping in a big supermarket is much better as you can find nearly all the products you need in the same building and you don't have to spend your time going from one shop to another.Furthermore, in big supermarkets you can find a great variety of products as well as items which are cheaper than in other small shops. Another advantage of buying in supermarkets is that nearly all of them have their own free car park so that you can park just next to the building without having to pay.

Even though people prefer to buy in big supermarkets , others like shopping in small shops. They think quality of products at supermatkets isn't as good as in small shops. What's more, in big supermarkets you don't have individual attention and most shop assistants don't know you so they can't give you advice.Another disadvantage of buying in supermarkets is that if you don't have enough money on you, you won't be able to pay another day.

In conclusion, I think it's better to shop at a supermarket because of the variety of products you can choose and as I said before you don't spend so much time. Furthermore, if you are in a rush, the shop assistant won't have you on gossiping about people in town!

Advantages and disatvantages of shopping in supermarkets

In the last few years big supermarkets have become more and more important. But in the past people did not have these supermarkets so they went to little shops. Nowadays some people still go shopping in these corner shops but supermarkets are more important. So, what are the advantages and disadvantages of shopping in big supermarkets?
One advantage of buying in supermarkets like Mercadona or Lidl is that if you go there you can buy all the products you need in the same place. This does not happen if you buy in a little corner shop because they don't have so many goods.

Another advantage is that products in big supermarkets are cheaper than in little shops. Although in little shops employers know you . This could be bad, because if you are a teenager and you buy a beer or something everybody will know it.

A disadvantage of shopping in big supermarkets is that you are anonymus for workers so you won't recieve the same treatment than in a little shop which could be good as well, because you may do not have enough money to pay something and in a little corner shop they might allow you to pay another day.

To sum up, i think that there are more advantages than disadvantages of buying in big supermarkets and definitly I believe that it is much better to shop in Mercadona, for example, than in little shops.

Supermarkets

There are diffrent types of supermarkets, big, small, specialized, etc. People, normally, buy in shops where the employees are the best and products are great, but this changes depending on whether a  supermarket is big or small.

On the one hand a corner shop is better because the steff know you and they are more polite and friendly with you. Moreover, they can put aside the products that you normally buy. Another advantage is that the meat, fish and fruit are fresher than in big supermarkets. However in big supermarkets there are more diffrent offers and products.

In the other hand, in a small supermarket people know you and your family and if you buy condons or something like that the steff can tell your mother about it. In big supermarkets you have privacy but you have to wait a lot to pay.

To sump up, there are corner shops and big supermarkets. In my opinion you choose depending on the product that you want.

 Shopping in supermarkets

Nowadays, there are a lot of supermarkets in the same town. For example, in Mahón, a little town, there are four big supermarkets, binipreu, mercadona, lidl and erosky.

In a big supermarket you can find a lot of different things like food, clothes, snacks, fruit, machines, etc. The prices are cheaper in a big supermarket than in other supermarkets which are smaller like spar. Moreover, in these supermarkets there are a lot of people to help you if you don't know where the products that you are looking for are. In addition, these places are always very clean.

However, there are disadvantages too. The quality of the products ins't always very good. Furthermore, usually in the supermarket there are a lot of people and if you want to buy only product you spend a lot of time there. Moreover, when you have finished shopping you have to wait for a lot of time because there are long queues.

Finally, big supermarkets are a good idea in a big town but I think in a small town don't need them. Perhaps you need one or two but five or six is a horrible idea because there aren't enough people for so many supermarkets.

Big supermarkets

.Nowadays, there are one or two Mercadona or Lidl in every city, even in Mahón, which is a small city. But is it good buy things in a big supermarket for the economy? Is the service better than in corner shops?

On the one hand, in big supermarkets there are a lot of kinds of foods, such as Japonese food, Italian food or maybe, even clothes. In addition, because of the competice, the prices are cheaper than in other supermarkets. And also, big supermarkets have a car park, which is comfortable for the customers, if it rains.

On the other hand, in big supermarkets there are a lot of people and the queues are very long and you have to wait for a long time to pay. Furthemore, very often in a big supermarket the service is very bad and finally you can't find the things that you're looking for. And also, when the employees deal with us, they are very serious, and they don't seem friendly.

In conclusion, in big supermarkets there are a lot of things everywhere and sometimes it's difficult to find something. I prefer a good service than cheaper things.

SUPERMARKETS

Nowadays, more and more big supermarkets are being built in big cities, and also in little towns, like the new supermarket "Mercadona" in Mahon. This gives people more choices when they want to buy something on different places attending to the complicated echonomic situation that we are living in.

On the one hand, big supermarkets offer a wide variety of products so that consumers can choose what is more convenient for them, comparing the quality of goods and obviously the price. You can have a good time if you want to spend an hour with your family or friends shopping at supermarkets to relax and go out and see people. This allows people to socialize a bit more.

On the other hand, buying in supermarket can suppose a little problem if you don't have enough time to go shopping or if you don't have enough money to buy what you really need. Also it can be stressful to buy in a building which is crowded with people and maybe the quality of products don't correspond to theis prices, and this really annoys the consumers.

To sum up, I think that supermarkets are the best choice for people who are looking for quality and variety at the best price. Consequently, more customers are always coming back almost every week because it's a faster and an easier way to make their huge shopping.

Supermakerts

Supermarkets have spread almost all over the world becoming par of our routines. Most of us buy all kind of stuff in them. But which are the advantages and disadvantages.

The main advantage is that all you need is int the same building: there's a butcher, fruit, all kind of food and also hygienic stuff we need. This way, it's enough to visit our nearest supermarket approximately once a week. This makes us, obviously, save a lot of time. Prices are also very attractive. As supermarkets have great stocks and don't  need many people, they're able to make their products cost decrease. We're not only saving time, but also money.

Despite these advantages, we don't always know where our food comes from. Things  such as meat or fruit can come from far far away. Instead of buying our local products, we're consuming foregin products which we don't know how exactly they've been treted. This makes our local buissineses have problems or even disappear. These great surfaces don't employ many people either, they don't need many employees, who aren't paid very well.

To conclude, perhaps we should buy in smaller town shops, which ensure local quality products. Furthemore, many little shops need some more employees than a big supermarket. It may not be so cheap, but at least we'll know where the food comes from and that we're helping our local area to improve.

BUYING IN SUPERMARKETS

Nowadays in all the cities there is at least one supermarket, which is a big department store where you can buy lots of things. And there are some people for and against building them.

On the one hand, in thins type of supermarkets you have all the things you need in the same place, you don't have to waste time going to different shops. Another argument for is that prices are normally lower, or they have some offers because of the competition between different supermarkets. And finally it gives jobs to a lot of people, because normally supermarket is a very big place where they need cleaners, some sellers, etc.

On the other hand, the argument against, are that it takes a lot of space to build it, and sometimes they destroy some natural areas. And normally in supermarkets the meat, fish and vegetables don’t have a good quality and you have to move to another shop. And lastly they compete with little shops because they have better prices.

In conclusion, I am for supermarkets because they are useful , and you don’t have o waste time buying I think it is right to have in a village but not more because it is excessive.

Advantages and disadvantages of shopping in supermarkets

When you need something you can try to shop in a big supermarket or in a little shop. There are some advantages and disadvantages of shopping in big supermarkets, and now we’re going to see them.

The main advantage is that in a big supermarket you can find a lot of products and a wide variety of the same product. You can also compare prices. Another advantage is that big supermarkets are open more time, so you have more time to buy something if you need it.

On the other hand, we have the disadvantages. The main disadvantage is that we are contributing to finish with little shops. Another important disadvantage is that a big percentage of the price of a product of a big supermarket is for taxes.

To sum up, the advantage of shopping in big supermarkets is that in a big supermarket the products are cheaper and the disadvantage is that it is prejudicial to little shops.
