  1. In one hand employers should ban it because in work you have to do your work, and not use the social networks, because for these things you have times on the evening. On the other hand, they shouldn't ban because you can put adverts of your company and this can be good for you and your empolyer. So, I think that they shouldn't ban, but they soholud put limits of use.

  3. In my opinion, the companies should ban the use of social networks sites at work because this practical can interrupt your concentration. Moreover, I think when you go at work you have to pass your time working and not using social networks. At last, we all know when you allow using this networks at your employers in order to work they will always do a bad use. But also, I think if companies need to increase their reputation, I will understand the use of social networks.

  5. I agree with Veronica, their arguments are very convincing! On the other hand, I also think that the use of social networking at work can have some negative points... it can sometimes distract workers.

  7. I disagree employers banning the use of social networking sites, because being eight hours in front of a computer is hard, and if you can't get relaxed some minutes cheking your Twitter or your Facebok you might became bored as well as tired of work. Also the contact with peolple from the outside can give us some ideas to increase productivity.

  13. In my opinion, business owners should ban the use of social networking sites at work because the employers could be distracted by these sites and they can't work in perfect conditions. Furthemore, I think that if you go to work you do not need social networks.

  14. I think they shouldn't ban the use of social networks at work because they let employees get ideas from sources that networking sites could give them. Furthermore, the key of future business is networking since it allows employers and employees to communicate more easily even if they are far away and they don't have to travel and consequently, they are saving time and money. And finally I think they shouldn't ban them because employees are strongly responsible and they know what disadvantages social networking has.

  15. I think that employers should ban the use of social networking sites at work because they could be a distraction for employers and because of this, the productivity of the business could descend. Also, the sensible thing to do when you are at work is not use social networking sites, if you want to use social networking sites like Facebook or Twitter you can use them outside of work. Finally, I think that if employers let employers use social networking sites at work, most workers will misuse them.

  17. I am for banning social networking when employers are working because it causes many distractions and reduce the business benefits, because they waste their time on the social networking sites instead of on work. The personal use of social networking sites should be at home or in another place instead of in the workplace, because they can't concentrate on what are they are doing.
