Do you think unemployment is the worst worrying problem in Spain today?

Unemployment is the biggest problem in Spain and is affecting a big percentage of the habitants of our country. In my opinion this situation makes that the families can’t live like others times and they must keep much money than after. As a consequence the shops earn less money.

Firstly, I think that the unemployment cause the discomfort of the families that have oftheir members without a job, and this is a bad situation for them, because they can’t go on with their live quality. However, if the people didn’t waste much more than they had, the situation wouldn’t be like it is.
In ... second place, I think that if the country has a lot of people without ... job, its administration will can’t pay the pensions of the people that is retired.  Therefore, in my opinion the jubilation age should be above seventy-five years. As a consequence, the administration doesn’t have to pay so much money.

In conclusion, the unemployment is of the biggest problems of Spain and this cause that the families’ situation is not the same as years before. Also the country’s administration can’t pay to retired people, because there are not sufficient people with ... job to collect money to pay them.

Shopping addiction (FINAL VERSION)

Nowadays people, especially women, are addicted to shopping. Many teenagers are waiting for the sales to buy a lot of things without thinking.

First of all the shopping addiction is caused by the large amount of advertising and promotions during the year. People buy things that they don’t need and could use this money to pay or buy  more important things. That’s due to advertising. Many people buy clothes if they are announced by famous people. Moreover, publicity in general convinces us to buy more stuff. Secondly, when we go shopping, we should make a list with all the things we really need. We must be responsible with the things we buy. I think I'm not a shopaholic because I only go to shop when there’s a discount. I only buy things that I really need. I like shopping but I can’t afford to buy everything I like.

To sum up, before going to buy we should be clear  to us what we want to buy and what we really need to avoid buying useless things.

DO YOU THINK UNEMPLOYMENT IS THE WORST WORRYING PROBLEM IN SPAIN TODAY? (corrected)

Nowadays, there are so much unemployment in Spain and also in world which is suffering  an economic crisis. In Spain there are six million unemployment. From my point of view I agree that unemployment is a very important problem.
Firstly, if you don't have job, you should look it. In addition if you have family, you will have a serious problem because you need money to buy a lot of  things necessaries to life, such as pay electricity, water, food and so on. Secondly, if you don't spend you are affecting other people, therefore all this is  string.
To sump up, I think that unemployment is a serious problem. I believe that if we cut salaries to some people and also create small jobs, we can overcome this situation.

Shopping (FINAL VERSION)

Nowadays lots of people are waiting for the sales in every country. Shopping has become an addiction and people, especially teenagers buy a lot of things without conscience.

Firstly, people don’t realize that most of the time they buy things that they don’t really need and they spend money which they can use to buy other things which are more essential. The most responsible for this is  publicity. In order to convince people about a product, the advertisements on TV  are effective. For example, if a new cologne is frequently advertised on TV and in addition, the person we see is a famous man or woman, I’m sure that lots of people will be interested in it and it’s possible that they will buy it. Therefore, the media such as TV or magazines are a decisive factor on people at the time of buying. Secondly, it seems to me that everybody has to be responsible. That is, if your economic situation allows you to buy everything you want, it’s your decision, but if you can’t, I think it’s better to have what you’re going to use. In addition, if you have lots of things that you don’t use, instead of throwing them away or keeping them in your wardrobe, you should give them to an acquaintance or poor people because I’m sure that they will need them more than you. As a result, you will help the others. In my opinion, I’m not addicted to shopping. I love going shopping but I don’t usually go. I normally buy things which I think I need. Moreover, my economic situation doesn’t allow me to buy a lot. Although it’s true that if you have a lot, you want more, I’m conscious that you can’t have everything.

To sum up, I believe that everyone has to be sensible and buy with moderation. It’s important to know what you really need and not to fool ourselves: shopping could be deceiving.

Shopping addiction (FINAL VERSION)

Nowadays, shopping is becoming an addiction. Currently, buying is within reach of almost everyone, and for that reason people buy more than before.

In my opinion, generally when people go shopping,   they buy more than they need. This is due to the fact that people are attracted to buying things they like that are in ‘fashion'. On the one hand, teenagers are the most attracted to buy new things, for example clothes, because the shops change the clothes and the products very often and this makes people buy more and more, even on a whim. On the other hand, advertisements are one of the causes of this shopping addiction. It seems to me that lately this is going down due to the economic crisis. In my case, I think that I haven’t got this problem because I don’t buy unnecessary things.

To sum up, people who are addicted to buy unnecessary things should be better savers and keep their money.

Be shopaholic CORRECTED

It seems that shopping is one of the more/most common addictions at present. An addiction is the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice. Therefore, many people are shopaholic.

It’s clear that being a shopaholic can be awful to the person's economy and what’s more, being it or not can be conditioned by the money which that person has. Even so it’s too easy tobbecome shopaholic. Nowadays, all we see is trying to control our actions, publicity, for example, is continuously present in our lives and tries to convince us to shop. Also, shops put the most demanded products at the end of the establishment in order to make the customer cross all the shop.

To conclude I must say that probably, we’ve all shopped something that we didn't need and that doesn’t turn us into shopaholics. But we must be careful because it could be a serious problem.

Shopping FINAL VERSION

Nowadays it is very easy to buy anything that someone wants and for that reason people buy more and more frequently.

Firstly, the prices are a bargain and there are a lot of sales during the year. Also there are a lot of shops and a lot of variety to buy. Moreover, there is a lot of publicity on television, on the radio, on the street... and people want to buy more. Consequently, people buy things that they really don’t need and which are unnecessary. Furthermore, some of these people are addicted to go shopping and buy a lot of things.

To conclude, the advantages of the price, the variety and the publicity can be good for the shops because people buy more, but it can be prejudicial for some people who are shoppping addicted and who buy in excess.

Do you think unemployment is the worst worrying problem in Spain today? (CORRECTED)

Nowadays many people are on the dole because Spain suffers an economic crisis that is affecting the country. According to the last data report  unemployment can reach up to six million. In my view I think it is a serious problem.

Firstly,It is hampering the lives of many families because if they have children the parents need money for their children's entertainment, among other things, secondly, I think that unemployment also affects on the standard of living of the people since they spend less and consequently others are affected. We could say it's like a chain.

To conclude, I believe that unemployment is a serious problem because many people are suffering a lot as they don't have enough money by the end on the month having the same expenses or more than before.

A NEW WAY OF TRAVELLING. (CORRECTED)

Nowadays some people have found a new way of travelling: swap their houses. This new way of swapping permits to travel/ allows you to travel around the world only paying  tickets and the food.  Although some people are against to/ -- this, I believe that it is a great experience and a very good and cheap way to go on holiday.

First of all we have to say that (...) most people who choose this method are responsible. We don’t have to forget that our house is being used by other people. This is one of the reasons for which/ why I/ I would agree to  swap my house, I’m also/ I would also be in a house that is not mine and I will/ would try to keep  it very well.

On the other hand, and with the situation that lot of people are living now, swapping houses is an opportunity to know the world and live a new experience with a few/ little  money. You only have to found/ to find a person who wants to swap his house, a cheap ticket and a supermarket where you can buy basic products.

As I see it, this way of travelling is a cheap opportunity to see the world.

Shopping addiction (FINAL VERSION)

Shopping nowadays has become an activity where people often buy products without thinking about their utility and if they really need them or not.

First of all shopping has become an addiction as a consequence of advertisements that encourage people to buy products which they may not need or perhaps they’ve already got and don’t remember, causing unnecessary expense and an accumulation of useless products at home. Although people should try and buy less, if they stopped buying products, a lot of shops would close and the economy would go down and everything would be worse. In my case, I haven’t got this problem as I prefer to save and keep my money until I grow up and really need it.

In conclusion, those shoppers who have this addiction should try and reduce the unnecessary expense, and buy just what they really need and try not to be influenced by the shops and their advertisements.

IDEAS FOR THE EDUCATION

Should students evaluate their teachers? Should the teachers be paid depending on the mark they get? Well, in my opinión, evaluating teachers is a positive thing but paying them with this method is not fear.

Firstly, evaluating teachers is a good way to improve the relationship between students and teachers. They could know better each other an this may improve the performance of the pupil. As the students keep getting on well with teachers , the lessons won’t be so boring and they’ll pay more attention. Teachers will feel more energetic and useful.

Secondly, paying them in this way is an awful idea, because students are never going to like teachers results and they will give bad qualifications. Teachers would be really angry!!

To sum up, teachers’ evaluation is good idea but the payment sistem is a bad one. Other thing that could help is paying the students for their marks. I’m sure that giving money will motivate students to learn more and more and they’ll be really happy and their parents will be really proud of them.

Do you think unemployment is the worst worrying problem in Spain today? (Final version)

Nowadays, the economic and financial situation is the most worrying problem in the Spanish society. Since the economic crisis started some years ago, the development of most of the national companies has decreased and they keep in an extreme situation, on the edge of their fail. This economic instability causes the concern of many Spanish families, who see that their economic resources are not safe. In this context of unemployment and poverty, many people claim for a change in our system. But everything is too complicated and this radical change needs radical measures, which are not easy to be taken.

Firstly, we have to change our minds completely and go step by step. We are giving too much importance to foreign companies with such large capital that could buy a whole country. The change starts by promoting the national companies in order to increase their benefits, even if the prices of their products are a little bit higher. Doing this we could let workers of these companies, who are Spanish, earn a salary, helping them solve their economic problems. This would increase the Spanish employment rate.

Another measure, the most important in my opinion, could be reorganizing the political and financial system, starting by revising the salaries of most of the politicians and the distribution of the taxation. Spain has one of the highest number of politicians in Europe, even ahead of countries with a larger population. This means that there are too many politicians, which mean an extra expense to the central government, helping the economic crisis to increase. Adding the problems of corruption, which are very common in Spain, the sume of expenses in the expenditure on politicians increases to an exorbitant number.

To conclude, the change in our system is possible only with severe measures which affect political, economical and financial structures. These changes are difficult to be taken, even though they are necessary, because the ones who have to approve them are the ones who will suffer from them. In my opinion, that's the reason why Spain has kept, keeps and will keep in this situation for a very long time.

LIFE WITHOUT A PERFECT BODY. FINALVERSION.

Nowadays, a lot of slimming products, beauty treatments, surgical procedures for a better physical image are advertised.

It seems to me that this kind of advertisments should be banned at children's wathershed hours because it can affect their mind. Therefore, teenagers could fall in the mislead of their body appearance, such as a perfect one.
They might be encouraged to take slimming products, girls have a bosom plastic surgery intervention, to increase the shape of their lips could be appealing. It may be a huge problem for their health in the future.

I don't feel affected by it, because I feel very self confident and well in my body. On the other hand, the education I have received from my parents, has not let me fall in this way of life.

In conclusion, in spite of the many benefits announced by the media, I strongly believe that they go too far.

SHOPPING ADDICTION (FINAL VERSION)

People like to have a lot of things and always follow  the latest fashion, although they don't need it, they only buy to have things.

One day you buy a colony sponsored by your favorite actor; another day, you buy a t-shirt of the clothing brand that you like; another day you buy the watch sponsored by your favorite athlete, and so on.
People tend to buy all these things according to who celebrity sells it to us, or that brand. Therefore, we don't buy by need (to meet a need), we buy to feel good in front of others.
I think that shopping is an addiction for many people, because when you start buying everything that you like, you can't stop doing it
Personally, I try to buy only the necessary things I need but sometimes I buy something that I don't need, but i like it.

Finally I 'd say that we are used to buying only quality products or some recognised brand.

CORRECTED

Personally I think that people in general are more interested  in the personal lives of famous people because their lives are less interesting (WW).

If you are watching TV and appears Jennifer López that she has broken with her boyfriend (WO), you can immediately comment it on facebook, twitter or with your friends. That (WW) is better, for many, than talk about our lives because it's more interesting; you always can (WO) say that their lives are more difficult or stupid than yours. What's more, everybody knows that the famous people have more money than the rest of the people and many people hate them for that.
Nevertheless, the famous are a model for young people and all the magazines know that and show celebrities and many young people buy.

Finally, I think than even though we don't want to continue buying all the magazines or watching TV, we will do it.
