This people should pay an extra because of their overweight.Imagine that you're in a plane and suddently it appears an overweight person that need two seats, that will annoy you, and of course the security of this passenger won't be great. So, this person must pay for an extra.
Like Toni, I think that people who have overweight should pay an extra, because for them fly must be difficult, and for people who are around he or she too. From my point of view, the plane should have specialized seats for overweight people. That would be a good idea.
Nowadays overweight is a worldwide problem. This involves everybody, for example in the seats that obese people need. Is it fair paying another seat? I think that anybody who disturbs your comfort during the flight,should be punished by paying another ticket. I agree to let them an empty seat because we don't know if this obese person has an illness because in this situation it's unfair make him pay.
Although this situation could be uncomfortable for the person who is sat next to an obese person, I don't think that they should pay an extra because it's not their fault, most of them don't choose to be overweight, maybe they suffer from a genetic desease. I think that seats should be designed for people of all sizes.

Simply because it's unfair that they pay one seat and use two seats, or use one seat but annoying the rest of the passangers who have paid to travel comfortly.
