A lot of people nowadays pirate a lot of music, films, software…. Because it is easier and free, and at some countries they are trying to ban that.
To start with, I think that downloading things from the internet isn’t wrong or unethical, because, if you wanted to see a film which you don’t know if it is going to be good, and you can’t download it, you will have to pay for it and then you will never see it again. That’s a way of seeing the films that you can’t see at the cinema. The same happens to music, I usually like some songs of a singer, not all his CD, and downloading music you can convert it into MP3.
In my opinion you can download one or two films or some music, although some people download excessively.
In conclusion I think that downloading and piracy some things is ok, but with moderation.
I disagree with you, because nowadays there's a programm called iTunes which permits you to buy one, two, three.. songs or the whole CD. So you don't have to pay for all the songs
