DEATH PENALTY

The death Penalty or Capital Punishment is the sentence of execution for crimes such as murder, treason, armed robbery or in countries like Iran, women can even be executed for being unfaithful to their husbands.

In many countries, the capital punishment has been abolished because of moral and political reasons. For example, in Europe, Belarus is the only country where the death penalty is legal, for this reason, it can't be part of the European Union. Therefore, many countries have banned the death penalty in order to be able to be part of the European Union. In 2010, China was the country that executed more people than all the other countries together.

In my opinion, capital punishment is only justified for serious crimes, such as murder or terrorism. But I think it is excessive and unfair punish people to death for adultery or for blasphemy. What do you think about this? Do you agree?

  3. Nicole, you should separate the paragraphs and check your grammar. After an adjective, you have to use the infinitive with "to" and when you ask a question in present simple, as you know, you have to use DO
