Unemployment (FINAL VERSION)

Nowadays, unemployment is a worrying problem in Spain, some people say that it is the worst one, some people say that the worst is the one we have with politicians and some people say other things.

In my opinion, unemployement is a big problem, but not the worst because this number is not true. Lots of people don’t want to work until their unemployment rate runs out, and there are also people who are working illegaly and are officialy unemployed, in order not to pay to the state.
If these figures were true, and a lot of people were hungry, our politicians, the other big problem I mentioned before, would be in trouble, because the people wouldn’t accept all these reforms, turning back to the XIX century and losing whatever they obtained.
To sum up, unemployement is a big problem, but is not a true one.

  2. Why do you have de first two lines in a different type of letter? I agree with you, many people work illegally, but what can the goverment do? Telling the police to look for those people and making them pay?

  3. Unemployment is a true problem, but maybe it's not as worrying as it seems because figures related to it are wrong. I think this is what you mean. Even so, unemployment is actually a huge problem. Furthermore, problems such as famines and illnesses can stem from unemployment, so I'd say it is the most worrying problem in Spain.

  4. I disagree with you. Unemployment is the biggest problem in Spain, I'll tell you why: when a person is unemployed they cannot consume products produced by other people so the people who produce these products don't end up selling their products and, in consequence, the people who make these products lose their jobs. Unemployment paralyzes the economy, the flow of capital. There are other problems like taxes, corruption, etc. But unemployment has been the biggest problem in Spain since forever. The day that the number of unemployed citizens decreases, the economy will improve over a short period of time. You say that many people reject their work because they don't like it. Well if that was the case, it happened a few years back.. Nowadays, it happens when a person is offered a job working for eight hours each day for less than 600 euros.

  6. Marc, I disagree with you, because unemployment is the worst problem beside the politician's incompetence. There are too many families who have to survive with about 400-500€ during a month, and it is unacceptable.

  7. I agree with you. it's true that unemployment is a problem in Spain. people wait to end aid long before that find work. Although it's rare to be found, because the economic situation, at present in Spain, is very hard.

  8. I agree with you because more people are working illegaly and they appear as unemploy but in my opinion the principal problem in Spain is the unemployment.
